Our RMA process for your references:

  1. Contact our technical support to confirm an RMA is necessary.
  2. Should an RMA be necessary, please fill out the RMA request form below.
  3. Our RMA center will contact you once we receive your request and issue an RMA number.
  4. RMA number is valid for 10 days only.
  5. Any shipments received without RMA numbers will be refused.
  6. No COD shipments accepted.
  7. Mark the RMA number on your shipping box and ship to us according to our instructions.
